On July 15, the Development Agency “We Are Our Mountains” and the Union “Support to Artsakh” signed a memorandum in which the parties agreed on close cooperation around the issues of preserving the forcibly displaced population of Artsakh, protecting its cultural identity, as well as the stable integration of the Armenians of Artsakh in the territory Republic of Armenia. “I am very pleased about the opportunity to establish cooperation with the Union “In Support of Artsakh.” I am sure that it will be fruitful, since both the mission of the Union “Support to Artsakh” and the Agency “We Are Our Mountains,” is to provide assistance to the Armenians of Artsakh in this difficult time. Our organization, founded by philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan, carried out a number of vital programs in Artsakh during the blockade. We are glad to continue his work,” noted Grigory Martirosyan.
“It is very important for us to be close to the Armenians of Artsakh during this difficult period, providing them with support in overcoming the problems that arose as a result of the forced deportation. We will unite our efforts to implement a number of necessary and useful programs, taking into account the needs of our compatriots,” emphasized Nelly Serkisian.
According to Grigory Martirosyan, the first major cooperation between organizations is planned within the framework of the “Wings” rehabilitation program.
