GIFT THE SEASON

In anticipation of New Year and Christmas holidays, the “We Are Our Mountains” development agency is preparing a festive event for more than 100 forcibly displaced children from Artsakh who currently reside in Gyumri, hoping that the joyful and warm atmosphere and the opportunity to celebrate New Year together will contribute to the children’s psychological healing and their smooth integration into the new environment. Children will have the opportunity to use the ice rink and sleds, visit Santa’s house, and enjoy fun activities.

Program objectives:

Support for families forcibly displaced from Artsakh: Enable children from Artsakh families settled in Gyumri to access Gyumri’s New Year infrastructure facilities.
Psychological support: Create a joyful environment helping Artsakh children overcome psychological difficulties resulting from displacement.
Community integration: Strengthen connections between Artsakh and Gyumri children.
