“Wings for All”: An Innovative Program in Tatev for Local and Artsakh-Displaced Families

The “We Are Our Mountains” Development Agency, in collaboration with Innobiz NGO and Tatev Community Center, announces the launch of the “Wings4All” program in the consolidated Tatev community. This initiative aims to empower forcibly displaced families from Artsakh and local families by developing their entrepreneurial capabilities, creating sustainable employment, and contributing to the community’s economic growth.

Implemented with financial support from the “H. Hovnanian” Family Foundation, the program offers the following to 50 families in the Tatev community:

• Six-month intensive entrepreneurial skills development courses
• Individual support from experienced mentors
• Opportunities for partial financing of business ideas
• Educational scholarships for testing business projects

“This initiative will bring fundamental changes not only to displaced families from Artsakh but will also strengthen the entire Tatev community by creating new economic prospects and social connections,” notes Grigori Martirosyan, Director of the “We Are Our Mountains” Development Agency.

A distinctive feature of the program is the promotion of intergenerational cooperation by involving teenagers in the creation and development of family businesses. The “Wings4All” program pays special attention to participants’ mental health and leadership skills development for full integration into the community.

Young people trained through the program will actively participate in Tatev community’s future market activities as sales specialists, marketing consultants, and community event organizers.
